We have big growth plans for 2021 and we need a Digital Marketing superstar to be part of that journey.

We’re a small but long-standing Marketing & CX agency in the North East. We offer branding, design, web design, CX/UX/EX, content, social and digital marketing (SEO/PPC) services. The feather in our cap is our expertise in customer and employee journey design.

We love the harder, technical B2B sectors and have a bunch of engineering/manufacturing clients that we love working with, although we have a good deal of experience in the leisure sector too.

We’ve done some amazing work for these clients and now is the time to shout about what we have done and grow our reach and delivery to others. We have a brand new website ready to launch and need a livewire by our side to not only deliver digital services to our clients, but to treat CX itself as a client and build its presence in the marketplace through innovation and thoughtful digital content/advertising

Who’s this job for?

You will be a digital marketing allrounder, most probably from an agency, but foremost with previous B2B experience.

You’ll have a bunch of the following:

  • Pro on LinkedIn and LinkedIn Premium
  • Able to write and create with impact, accuracy and results
  • Happy with a range of content types from blogs, podcasts, webinars and social posts
  • Completely at home in the B2B market and how to resonate with audiences there
  • Know your way around Hubspot or similar CRM
  • A digital native, able to apply yourself to any platform
  • Experienced in Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Understand the difference between bots, CDNs, programmatic advertising and marketing automation
  • Good understanding of SEO, Content & Social
  • Someone clients love to hear from
  • Happy on all the usual CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify etc.

And you’ll be happy as a proverbial pig when:

  • Speaking to clients (prospective and existing)
  • Delivering great digital activity and campaigns across a range of media, channels and platforms
  • Tracking & analysing your results and showing how you have delivered ROI for clients and the agency
  • Telling everyone about the latest digital developments in the world
  • Planning, presenting and pitching to clients
  • Networking in-person and virtually
  • Being super organised and target-focused with up-to-the-minute breakdowns of your activity status and reporting
  • In a tight-knit team environment, coming up with ideas for how we can continue to innovate for ourselves and our clients
